SRX5308 and Ooma configuration
I have a SRX5308 and just moved to VoIP with Ooma business solution. I configured DMZ on LAN port 4 with all traffic open on that Zone and assigned the internal IP address of the Ooma device. It works for a time but then stops to transmit voice. The phone has still dial tone and rings but that's all.
When I place the Ooma device between the modem (Comcast Business) and the SRX5308 all works fine. Unfortunately, Ooma has only a 100Mb/s port so I get bandwidth degradation with this setup.
Has anybody an idea why, if connected to the router, the Ooma service works for an hour or so and then stops while there is no change in the firewall setting?
Thanks,JR

Re: SRX5308 and Ooma configuration
Hi Jack_R,
Welcome to the community!
Please check "Enable SIP ALG" on page "Security > Firewall > Advanced",if it is disable, enable it then reboot SRX5308.
Thanks.
