This Serial number has already been registered in our system by a support representative.
Im trying to register our firewall with the serial number in order to see who uses the 5 lincenses provided, because some of the users uninstalled the licences offline and now they are locked. But when i try to create an accound it gives me "This Serial number has already been registered in our system by a support representative."

It is possible that the NETGEAR device you have is already registered to someone else. Are you the original purchaser of the NETGEAR device?
For us to verify, kindly send me via private message the exact serial number of the NETGEAR device you want to register under your name.
