GC728XP - No IP or MAC only Null displayed on port in Insight app

I have a site that when the users print any file larger than 2MB to a copier,  the switch no longer shows an IP or MAC address and only shows NULL for the connected copier.

This copier was previously plugged into an unmanaged switch but still experienced problems where it was inaccessible after trying to print.

 

Network cabling was replaced and the printer was even plugged into a different electrical outlet running on a separate AC circuit. All with no affect on the problem.

 

No other device on the network is having any problems.

The devices on the network are Windows 7 and 10 computers and the problem happens regardless of what version of the printer drivers are used.

 

Why would NULL be displayed for the port information?

What conditions would cause a switch to kick the printer off of the network?
