Allocation of Licenses

As the way that the insight application\website allocates licenses, I have found that a number of my customers devices have the wrong code, therefore expiry.

This is because, if you have entered several codes, when you assign, you just allocate a number of available subscriptions.

This means, if you have added a 3 year and then a 1 year, when you allocate, insight uses one.  I don't know how this is allocated.

So I have a couple of customers, who have purchased 3 years, but are allocated 1 year and I can not find a way to move this around.

It would be great is there was a way to assign subscriptions to a specific device!

Is this caused by the paid three year plus the free one year coming with the device? Yes, there is some work/fix required on the cloud! @RaghuHR

No these are all device that were installed last year, over different times.

But we had a mini rush on a few switches and APs and then some customers just purchased 1 year and other 3 years.
