How to delete a Insight Pro Account?

Hello,

 

Currently there is not an option to delete the Insight account. As it stands currently there is an option to move the account from an email to another email if you choose to no longer associate the Insight account with a previous email. However, if you wish to delete the account we would be able to currently by opening a support ticket.

As far as I have checked, there is no option to delete an Insight Pro Account through the portal.

Well, users "out here" don't have email addresses à gogo - so during a test of this new Insight Pro environment something can go wrong, and requires revision. And removing an account might be required. Well, this would not be difficult if the poor design would not bind a certain management rights to a certain name. 

So the question is how can the community admins or the NTGR support people help users requesting the same in the future?
