Re: FS750T2 Invalid access IP address.

Hi ntcjq999,

Welcome to the community! 🙂

Kindly read as well as answer the questions below:

1. Were you able to manage the FS750T2 via its web-GUI before?

2. What is the behavior of the LED lights of the FS750T2?

3. You mentioned that you have already factory reset the FS750T2 switch.  Did you press the reset button or the factory defaults button?  Make sure to press the factory defaults button.  Check page 11 of the FS750T2 Hardware Manual here as reference.

4. Have you tried to connect a PC directly to the FS750T2 switch then access its web-GUI?  If not yet, try this steps below:

a.  Disconnect your FS750T2 from your existing network.

b. Connect a PC to a working LAN port on your FS750T2.
c. Set a static IP address of 192.168.0.210 to your PC.
d. I recommend you to open Google Chrome then at the address bar of it, type 192.168.0.239 then press Enter. Login to the user interface of switch. Enter "admin" as the username and "password" as the password.

Note: The default IP address of FS750T2 is 192.168.0.239.

5. From the steps given on #4, were you able to access the web-GUI of the FS750T2?

I look forward to your response.

Regards,

DaneA
