GS108T loses all throughput
I have two GS108T switches (GS108T-100AUS series V3.0.2 firmware). Every few weeks one or both of the switches gets itself into a state where the power LED is lit but no other LEDs are lit. All the link and activity LEDs are dark. No packets are processed. You cannot ping the box. A power cycle brings the box back to life.
I have not found a definitive message that explains these faults. Before I upgrade the firmware are there any other suggestions?

Re: GS108T loses all throughput
Power supply voltage may play a part.
I have a GS108T that would display those exact symptoms when power was restored after an outage (the switch is fed from an APC SmartUPS that is set to shut down 5 mins after a utility failure and restore power to the equipment 1 minute after utility comes up), and discovered that the voltage from the adapter was fractionally low - I swapped the adapter for another one (from a Netgear print server) and the problem went away.
