GS728TP and Smart Control Center

Question

I'm trying to get Smart Control Center to work on a Windows 2016 server. Smart Control Center will not find the adapter even if I use "run as administrator". I'm using the latest version of Smart Control Center. Has any one else run into this issue. Very Frustrating!

Could you please check whether install WinPcap at the same time? As WinPcap will help software to find network adapter.

Wincap was installed on the server.&nbsp; It still does not find the adapter. &nbsp; &nbsp;Should I uninstall Wincap and SCC and try it again?

You can also try to re-install the software and make sure that everything will be installed correctly. You may also try to&nbsp;disable&nbsp;the windows firewall and anti-virus just to avoid any issues.
