M4100-26G losing memory on reboot
I have two M4100-26G Switches purchased within a month of eachother at CDW. Both are firmware 10.0.2.26 and boot version is B1.0.1.1.
We have noticed one of the switches loses its configuration and reverts back to factory settings on power losses. So its DHCP, user/passwords are gone, and any system name or locations we type in are gone. We are using the Web GUI and hitting the SAVE Config button. We have pulled the power on the unit and plugged it back in, and the config will be correct, but then a few days later, we unplug it, and it will lose its config.

Re: M4100-26G losing memory on reboot
Hi User18954,
Welcome to our community! 🙂
It seems that you were having trouble saving the configuration file of your switch even though it is running on its latest firmware. May you be able to try saving the configuration via console? If it still doesn't work, then the flash memory might be faulty. I suggest, open a ticket on NETGEAR support and please let them know the status of your switch. Also be ready with a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Invoice of the device for warranty verification. If ever the device is still under warranty, an online replacement will be provided.
Regards,
