I believe you want to set LAG on the first 4 SFP ports of the M4300, am I right? If yes, you may select the first 4 SFP ports as members of a LAG (for example: LAG 1). Then, create VLAN 10 and select LAG 1 as tagged (T) members of VLAN 10. For PVID, you can set the PVID to 1 since LAG 1 is tagged.
On the M4300 user manual here, kindly read pages 268-272 about LAG. Read pages 178-180 about Basic VLAN Settings. Read pages 184-186 about VLAN Membership. For PVID, read pages 187-189.
