XS712 not responding - need to contact support for RMA

Hello,
So my XS712T switch decided to go belly up. Have tried factory resets etc. but it's not discovered anymore (not even on default ip). It seems to boot fine, green light comes on etc. All ports seem to be negotiating but the ACT light never lights up.
Details:
XS712T v1
Firmware 6.1.0.12
How do I initiate an RMA process in Europe/Finland? Can't seem to find any instructions on the support site.

Start about here - it must be a well-kept secret ....:
myNetgear -> My Support -> [Contact Support] -> Replace my defective product -> select the switch from the product list -> you will get a contact information -> provide some descriptive text ...
