Hi all,
I had some issue's with my XS712T and I saw a firmware update for my switch. I uploaded the firmware and after it was done I got 404 page back from the switch. I waited a while. A long while but nothing changed. So I disconnected the power and connected it again. Now I have a amber/orange power led. No flashing.
I tried the Reset button and also the Factory Defaults button but nothing.
Help!
How can I boot from the second image?

If you can find the serial console port (9600 baud) on the switch these are the commando's to upload the firmware to the switch:
- Download the latest firmware
- First setup a tftp server on you pc with IP 192.168.0.254
- Run these commando's via the serial console:
ifconfig eth0 -addr=192.168.0.238 -mask=255.255.255.0 -gw=192.168.0.254
flash tftp://192.168.0.254/netgear/xs712t-v6.1.0.36.stk flash2.stk1
- Reset the switch
- Done!
