Hello everyone. I bougth a second hand 1st generation 27" white Meural Canvas. The seller did told me the unit will not turn off after he brought it out from storage. Anyhow, does anyone have any idea what's wrong with the unit not powering on?

It could be either the Meural no longer works (which may be indicated by the seller saying it wouldn't turn off for them), or the power adapter is dead. If you know someone with a voltmeter they could check the power adapter, or you could purchase one of the multi-power adapters (make sure it has a connector end that fits the Meural) that supports the correct volatage and amperage pf the current adapter (this is printed on the adapter.)
