What options do I have for making backups of purchased images?

The license talks about the need for users to make backups of their purchased media (images in this case). How is that done with Meural Canvas images?

All of your purchases are backed up in your Meural account, but can't be downloaded to external storage devices.

So that means that users are not able to backup their data, yet the EULA requires that. I think, IIUC, that users also have a legal right to backup their data. Please make it a priority to provide a way for users to backup their purchased data.
