Larger Cloud Space

We have had the canvas just a short 6 weeks and I have run out of space as of this am. I am currently awaiting a reply from customer service if I can buy additional space. Before this issue came up we were discussing buying a second canvas, but as two canvases share the amount of cloud space, this offers no help to our problem. We are nowhere near the number of photos we want on the canvas and were anticipating growing into the canvas over years, not weeks. HELP!

Hi - 

So I don't think there is an answer as I've scoured this forum and others but I have a paid membership and 3 meurals.  My understanding is that I have 20 gb of cloud storage for my membership (wtf can't I purchase more????).  

My online account says I have 3.8999999999999986 GB Cloud Storage Remaining.  Despite this, no matter what I do I cannot successfully link a photo album.  The album has 1,849 photographs.  It only syncs 1,329.  After it's finished syncing, it says I still have 3.89999999999986 gb remaining.  Why can't I link my full album?  I previously had an album with more photos linked.

I have tried everything I can think of.  Signing in and out, restarting the meurals, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, renaming the album, creating a new album, deleting live photos, etc. Does anyone have any thoughts?

As an aside for the Netgear workers...the Meural is an amazing product.  The app, storage limitation, and horrendous customer support really limit the product's potential and just make for a crummy all-around experience.  The app is clunky, freezes, and has a bad interface.  The fact that I cannot purchase more storage is nuts.
