Armor not visible as active
Hi, I have an active subscription för an RBR50 with serial number 5R2198*****E.
However on security page in app it only says ”Activate trial”.
When using this it says ”Error. Failed to subscribe”
On armor.netgear.com page, ”My subscriptions” it says Netgear Armor is ”Active” for the serial number 5R2198*****E.
I have one more Oribi router with Armor subscription on a different location and with a different serial number. This setup works fine.
No luck in contacting support. Anyone with ideas on how to solve this?
