Armor subscription expired way before year was up
Just installed an ORBI 6E mesh system in the last couple of months.
I thought the purchase came with a 1 year subscription to Armor, but the app is saying that it is expired. Is the initial subscription actually 1 year? If so, how can I get Netgear to correct this?
Thanks.

Re: Armor subscription expired way before year was up
If it was supposed to be 1 year, then you'd need to contact support.
To get a hold of support for subscriptions services like Armor/Circle, click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process.

Re: Armor subscription expired way before year was up
It would be useful to have documentation on the length of the trial period for Armor on this purchase.
On the older Orbi products, when I saw the words "free trial", my brain automatically added, "and then it costs money", and I ignored the offer.
Footnote 1 on page 5 of the product data sheet contains only the term trial period, and does not specify how long the trial is. The next words are "yearly subscription". https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RBKE963/RBKE963_DS.pdf
This seems like an ideal question to post in the community forum devoted entirely to the Armor product:

I have a suspicion that the trial period was actually 30 days. This was clearly specified in the announcement of Armor for the WiFi6 product line:
