Armor vulnerability scan fails
Armor vulnerability scan found a vulnerability on an IoT device back in Feb. I undated the firmware on the device. I’ve tried to rescan multiple times over the last two months, but it says fails to connect to the system try again in 24 hours. It says it scans once a week, but hasn’t scanned since Feb 22, 2022. Can’t figure out how to get support

Re: Armor vulnerability scan fails
I was able to resolve the issue working with Netgear support. I was instructed to go th the website and download the latest firmware which I then manually installed and it fixed the issue. The frustrating part was the app had been telling me my firmware was up to date for many months even though it wasn’t. So, lesson learned is don’t trust the “Check for Updates” function in the Orbi app as it doesn’t work and says, “No new firmware is available at this time” even when I was several versions behind.
