I am using armor my router show up and everything works fine. However, I also see a router which I don't own!! I can see this router and devices connected to it. It looks like it belongs to someone else and how up on my list. How do I remote this route and disassociate from my account? I sent a ticket to Netgear support and went to /dev/null
Was able to open a case with NetGear and they are in the process of removing the router from the armor account by escalating to their internal customer care team.
