I turned off Auto Renew for my Armour subscription in the Orbi app, but I just received an email recept of the subscription renewal. Who can I contact to rectify this mistake?

You need to contact customer service. This is the community forum where members of the public help out. there's the random mod on here but you need to contact customer service to get that taken care of.
Plus you can start a charge back on your card. (might be faster)
