Armour subscription does not really transfer
Purchased a new router today. Previous router had a armour subscription that expired this September, which is 5 months from now. My new router came with a years subscription to armour. I wanted to extend my subscription on the new router. I used the chat online fearture, where the agent gave me a case number but could not help. I was told to call technical support on the phone which I did and was told they had a separate department to help with that. I was transferred to the department which told me that I could not do that because it would run concurrently with the new subscription . So in addition to not being able to extend my new subscription, I wasted about a half hour of my time. I could of been told they don't do this to begin with. I should of waited the 5 months until my current subscription was up. I could of saved the subscription charge which was close to half the cost of the router if I did. When I replace my router in another 4 or 5 years, I will look elsewhere.
