CAX30S :NETGear Armor, Failed to Subscribe Upon. activation

Hello I recently purchased a CAX30S and it has NETGEAR Armor on there and when I go to activate it, it says fail to subscribe error when activating

Anyone can help me on this? i get getting transfer to different departments having to explain the issue with to resolution

Please! ive reached out, i just wanna try the trial to see if i like it before buying a subcriptions wild how ive yet to get a response from Netgear suppport after all the calls an emails ive sent
