RAX70 blocks websites

Hi the netgear community. My router blocks website. I can access the website throug my sim net but wifi router blocks website. When I go to blocked URL or website, there is nothing blocked. How can solve this problem? I would really appreciate some help

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

What web site is this? 

Does this happen with all devices or PCs? 

Can you access the web site if directly connected to the ISP modem or ONT?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
