Cannot active trial Netgear Armor on R7960P
Hi,
I have upgraded my R7960P router firmware to latest 1.4.1.50 and it said to active Armor free trial using Nighthawk App. When i go to the app, i can see the Security tab and on clicking it says Verifying account but errors out with message "Error - unknown error"
I have logged into armor.netgear.com but it wont show any router registerd, So how i do i active this trial version.
I have even removed and reinstalled the app but still not working. Please note before performing my firmware upgrade i did a factory reset and upgraded to newer firmware.
Issues seems to be with the app which is giving error to activate. Please let me know how to resolve it.

try turning on and then off remote managment

When you say device are you reffering to WiFi router or phone? I will try with another phone and see
