Orbi RBR750 app for Apple iPad/iPhone Issues
Orbi app for Apple iPhone/iPad V. 2.35.0.336 (Orbi 750 firmware version 7.2.6.31). Both the iPhone and iPad are running their current OS versions.
I have a current subscription to Armor and Bitdefender. Under Security, my protection is listed as Moderate (and keeps decreasing every couple of weeks) because Enable Notifications needs to be enabled. But under the Orbi settings on the iPhone/iPad, Notifications is enabled. Why doesn't Security recognize that Notifications is enabled? I have deleted and re-downloaded the app on both devices but nothing changes.
I have also installed Bitdefender on the iPhone and iPad but under Security on the app, it doesn't list the iPhone and iPad as having Bitdefender installed and running, which it is.
Do I need to do something on the web-based Admin settings page instead of the mobile apps?
