R6400v2 - Not able to turn on security

R6400v2 - Not able to turn on security
When I bought my router I activatedmy Netgear Armour Trial just to see what it did. I never did subscribe to it since I still have a valid Norton subscription.
After the trial was over, I was having some issues with my router, I had called tech support up and they had me save my settings and then perfomr a factory reset.
Now today, I want to try and get the Bitdefender working and the router is showing Activate Trial. I click on the Router Web page to activate it, and nothing happens. I go to the Nighthawk app to activate and it says "Failed to Subscribe". Neither place will not allow me to purchase a subscription.
