RBR50 NETGEAR Armor
I have an Orbi RBR50 with firmware 2.3.1.60. I renewed Armor two weeks before it would expire (expired today, 7/20) and now Armor shows Expired in the Orbi app but under 'My Subscriptions' it shows Active for 0 devices. Since I already paid for the year I'd really like to get this resolved. Any suggestions? TIA.

Hi @CharlieBrien . I think your best bet is to contact Bitdefender Support directly. You'll find many threads on this same issue; most folks got things resolved overnight after talking with BD Support. Good luck!

Alas I have the same problem but on iPhone. There are several times on the subject, there is a problem related to synchronization of accounts. Netgear to correct promptly please.
