Unable to activate trial of Armour on RBR50

HI 

I habe been trying to activate the trial but have been unsuccessful. I have tried reset and activate and this does not work.

I have updated to the latest firmware 2.5.1.32.  I have tried enabling and disabling remote management.

Any suggestions?
