help with lomota garage door opener

My Lomota garage door opener jsut suddenly stopped working 
so I re booted router and wifi system no luck 

tried to forget device an reload now the device will not log in at all 

so I purchased a new one 

same thing will not log into the 2.4g 

any help would be great!
