Did new update wont connect wired or wireless. Contacted support went through very long repetitive process. Then they tell me it's my server. Even though my older router works fine. Contact charter they come bring me a new modem and router all is good but my r7800 nighthawk still will not connect to internet so I will put in the trash and replace it with another brand. I see charter no longer is using netgear either. Goodbye
