SPC-ACT-FAIL RBR850
I have the RBR850 and one satellite. My parental controls on the app recently stopped working at the end of November. I then updated the firmware to v4.6.14.3_2.3.12.
I have:
- reinstalled the app 5 times
- factory reset the router
- reset the modem
- reset the router
- unplugged from power
- tried to solve this with 3 techs over chat
- described the level 3 support script described in the forums.
Please help!

Re: SPC-ACT-FAIL RBR850
I would reach out to NG support for this issue.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Re: SPC-ACT-FAIL RBR850
I have reached out multiple times to netgear support. Unfortunately it hasn't been resolved yet.
Firmware version for router and satellite: V4.6.14.3
Modem is: Netgear Nighthawk CM2000
The cable we are using is a high quality cable (just double checked).

Re: SPC-ACT-FAIL RBR850
Hello - I've opened 5 cases, and I can't get this resolved, no matter how many times I factory reset the router. This is so frustrating.
