i have netgear 2 harddisk slot device

My one hard disk not open and seen as unallocated 

hence you are requested to recover my hard disk data as soon as possible.

If you are not comfortable to DIY recovery, if you have an existing support contract or your ReadyNAS is registered to your account, you can email readynassupport@netgear.com to have an online case created. Please note though that there is a charge for Data recovery service.
