i am sure this question was discussed here, but i could not find the answer to this.

i want to back up my Shares into Google Drive 

looks very easy but it is not running

i need easy to understand instructions. 🙂

Hi Dede_Ayache,

It seems to me all the settings on your Google Drive sync appears to be correct.

Have you checked the DNS settings of the NAS? You may try assigning a static DNS on it and see if that will help. You can use your router's IP address and Google's DNS addresses (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4) for the DNS addresses.

You can also use this article for the steps in configuring Google Drive on the NAS.
