Looking for information on how to configure the ReadyNAS 422

How to configure ReadyNAS 422, to make sure security is on, how to only share and back up certain files and folders, and how to back up another computer from a different network/location.

I have tried the NetGear websight but can't seem to find detailed information on how to configure things and what everything means.

Any help or links to get inforamtion would be greatly apprecated.

All though some of the information that I found on the links you provided were helpfull, the most help I got was from calling the support nuber and having someone remote in and show me what I needed to do.
