New Maximum volume size for RN104 as of 6.4.0

The new firmware release says that the maximum is no longer 16TB. I can't find any documentation detailing what that new maximum is

Thanks,

Jon

Hi neogeek,

Welcome to the community!

With 100 series and RN2120 there is an expansion limit. For RN102 its 8TB, for RN104 and RN2120 its 16TB. You can find the information here.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Kind regards,

You should be able to put whatever size disk is available. Support for volumes on a two bay of 16T would require 8T drives in raid 0.

As you noted on the other thread with this question - 6.4 removes the 16 TB limitation.
