Hi. thank you for the replay.
Source: Folders in my computer.
target: My ReadyNas 214.
tools: ReadyCloud.
furmware: 6.10.7 (arm)
Is the PC running Windows 10?
win 11.
There have been several issues reported with ReadyCloud over the past week or so, but I don't recall seeing one for Win 11.
I don't use ReadyCloud myself - I'm tagging the mods ( @Marc_V and @JeraldM ) so they can follow up if they wish.

Were there any events that might have caused the issue? For example, did the issue occur when you upgraded to Windows 11?
Also, if possible, have you already tried re-enabling ReadyCLOUD on the ReadyNAS and reinstalling the ReadyCLOUD application?

Hi. This case happened to me at Windows 10 and 11.
After an irregular time randomly, the folders are stop to backup.
I Have to create new pc folders to backup.
