RN426 display error

Hi!

I have a new NAS for two months (RN426) with a fresh install of my data (but I had in the past to Readynas Ultra 2 with OS6 and a Duo without any LCD screen).

Now, I have only 10TB disk in JBOD (and X-Raid enabled), and the next month I want to add other 10TB disk to create a RAID 1.

My NAS, now, shows in the LCD screen the message: (null) + ffff880068e97dc8.

I downloaded the logs and I din't see nothing special, the SMART of the disk is OK.

What is the meaning of this message?

I can send the logs if is required to detect the origin of this strange message.

Thanks!

That's a good idea. Send a private message (click on the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page) to @JohnCM_S and/or @Marc_V asking them to analyze the logs.

Store the log zip itself in cloud storage (dropbox, google drive, etc), and sent a link in the PM.  Don't post the logs publicly here.
