Readynas 312 or 314
Hi,
considering either the 312 or 314 for our office to share files.
Beside the different of how much storage each one can provide is there a difference in performance if you have 2 or 4 disks?
Office has about 15 users.

Performance should be the same since they are using the same CPU model. Both can handle 25-50 concurrent users. You can compare them here.

The RN314 has a LCD front panel, which makes it a bit easier to navigate the boot menu options.
If your budget stretches to the 314 I'd go for it, and populate it initially with 2 disks. It's cheaper to expand if you have empty slots to work with.
