unable to access admin page after upgrading to 6.6.1 from 6.6.0

i am unable to connect to admin page.

i can access share folders from network but not admin page.

i can also ping and also access through ssh.

 

It shows startup screen

After upgrading FW from 6.6.0 to 6.6.1 this happened:

in the middle of a backup from 2 PC:s the backup terminated before finished with error.

After trying to access the NAS with Raidar (6) the message was "unit strting". That was the message the day after de FW update.

RN 104 could not be seen on network (could have been the cause of backup interuption)

After shutting down and restarting twice no access to Admin page (unit starting).

Access is possible via network, pinging and handling files is normal, but no access to Admin page.

Will it be possible to update the FW in the future?

Can you download the logs using RAIDar 6.2 and send those in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

If you have SSH enabled you may wish to check how full the 4GB root volume is first.

I have the same Problem,Logs cannot Download. Raidar say "System is starting". Admin Page is not reachable. NAS 104 can reach at Network but not the Adminpage. OS 6.6.1 is installt on the NAS. Plex and Transmisson are install as Apps.

shivasharana looks like you are using Active Directory. You should contact support and provide them your logs. I can see you have lifetime (online) chat support so you should use that.

@eierauge, you seem to have misconfigured ReadyCLOUD settings.  It looks like perhaps you set the proxy port to port 80, which conflicts with the HTTP service that is necessary to serve the admin page. You should still be able to access the admin page by using HTTPS explicitly. Once you remove the bad proxy setting and reboot, that issue should be resolved.

FW 6.6.1 work fine with an earlier version of Raidar (some ver 4).

There must be a bug in 6.6.1 as it will not work with Raidar 6.2

Hi Skywalker,

I  dont have a Proxy configured. Also i can see and reconfigure that, if i can reach the Adminpage. But this is not possible at the moment.

You should still be able to access the admin page by using HTTPS explicitly.  That is, type the URL in your web browser as https://nas-address.

Solution is a Factory Reset.

username: admin

password: password

 

Try that user/password in admin website.
