Connecting night hawk app to Nighthawk AC 1900 Router problem.
When I set up the router it all worked fine. The next day I tried to log in to the router via the nighthawk app but it cannot connect to the router. I am on the same network. It can recognise which router I have when I press the 'connect with remote management' but does nothing else.
I have tried a new set up, as suggested but it does not connect. I deleted the app and started again, the same problem recured.
Please advise what I should do next.

Is that the Android app, or an iThing?

You don't use "remote management" when you are on the same network. That is for doing things from afar.
I assume that you have the D7000 listed in your footer. (AC 1900 is a wifi speed indicator, not a Netgear model number.) There is a manual for the D7000 somewhere at the end of this link:
>>> D7000 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<
The D7000v2 is here:

Read up on how to enable remote access in the section Manage the Modem Router Remotely.
What do you want to use the Nighthawk app to do?
