Still waiting for Netgear support to contact me back after emailing netgeargenie@netgear.com. Absolutly terrable. No support. No responces. Even say your working a a solution and not ignore the emails. ZERO SUPPORT from NETGEAR.

Same here.. I had troubles contacting their support. I submitted ticket before my 90days expired and no response from them. And now, i have no possible way to contact them.
