A dev has asked if you could do a factory reset and then try to use the feature using an Incognito web browser window to see if it works then.

but in Device manager there is only my PC ipv4 no wireless .

 Update I think I have found an answer to the problem .

 Looking at the area of the I came up with an idea that is to change language to the Dumaos system .

 I went from the Italian language which is my language to English and voila' suddenly it all worked. In practice with English traffic rules works   but  not in Italian ...
