Info Dumaos on router XR1000
Hi there,
I don´t know why but i can´t log in on DumaOS.
So i have a NightHawk XR1000 and i can´t access to DumaOS dashboard, i tried to go to routerlogin.net etc and it doesn´t work.
Does anyone has the same problem solved or know how to do it?
Thank you

Re: Info Dumaos on router XR1000
So, when i write in the browser routerlogin.net or even the IP, just loads for some time and has one error.
Later i can send one print screen from it
Thank you

If you can send a screenshot that would be helpful.
Could you also try rebooting the XR1000, then see if you're able to access the interface after that?

Re: Info Dumaos on router XR1000
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What browser are you using? I use MS Edge with my XR1000.
Be sure to clear ALL Browser caches before entering the routers web page.
I just update FW on it as well:
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

Re: Info Dumaos on router XR1000
Please try the suggestions.
I got my XR loaded up the other day and have not seen any issues on the web page. Though I would give loading of the dashboard time, does seems like it takes bit to finally load and display.
