OK, that might work as a good work around until NETGEAR can release a fix for their Content Filtering feature. Perhaps if you let us know your use case we can help you fine tune it a little further? For example, if you're trying to stop a particular device accessing YouTube after a particular time in the evening you could implement that to.

As far as I'm aware there's a known issue with Content Filtering not working, though it's a features of NETGEAR's settings and here at Netduma we don't have control over their settings.
Could you try adding a new rule to traffic controller for the device you want to block, then select 'Media' from the categories menu and see if that works better?
