Power and Internet lights not on but eth lights blinking
Set up my XR500 last night and everything was great. This morning no internet anywhere. Power cycled modem and reset with ISP. I looked at the router and all the lights were off, power, internet, WiFi, 2.5, 5. However the eth lights are blinking. Can’t log in to Routerlogin.net. Please help have no idea how to fix!!

Are you getting internet through the actual modem? Do the wired devices get any internet? Can you login to the interface using the LAN IP?

Re: Power and Internet lights not on but eth lights blinking
I have a wired connection to the router from my PC and I can get internet through my pc, but I can't access the routerlogin.net/com features or thru the dedicated ip address, it says i need to connect to the wifi network, but I shouldn't need to connect wirelessly if i'm connected thru a hard line?!
Thanks for your response.

Try accessing directly by using these links http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1 (if it's the default IP). If not could you open a command prompt on your PC and type ipconfig and then press enter and post a screenshot of the results here please?
