duma os won't load on my pc

This is the second time in 3 days this problem has occurred. The dumaos will not load. The first time I contacted support over the phone they had me do a complete reset of the router. I do not want to have to reset my modem every day... Are there any other options to get this to work? Please note the router is 3 days old.

Could you provide a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing please? Is it the entire interface or specific pages?

It looks like you have a VPN active on the browser, you will need to disable that and then you will get access

I disconnected the VPN in windows under network & security and on my browser. It still won't open

Are you seeing the same issues across all browsers? Could you perhaps try an incognito window?

Try an incognito windows and see if that helps. Otherwise, open command prompt on your PC, type ipconfig and press enter, then post a screenshot of the results here please.

Type 10.0.0.1 in the web browser, does that take you to DumaOS?

Yes to reset it. I have already reset the router. It only worked for a short period of time.
I don't understand why I have to reset it again to make this work

Sorry I don't follow, I didn't ask you to reset it. What do you see when going to 10.0.0.1?

I received a phone call from Netgear they had me sign in a different way I now can get on no problem
