Same here, signed up basically on the first day and have heard nothing but promises "they send out invites" at this rate of the testing I think they wont be releasing it this year.

Not everyone is guaranteed an invite, invites will be sent as and when Netgear decide. It will be released when the beta deems it to be stable.

I'm confused, on the beta page it says it is now open for all users of the XR500. However, when you click through the link it says "access denied". I am on my account that has my XR500 registered to it. Can I get some admin help here? Thank you.

We need to push this issue then. They are advertising it's an open beta now available to all XR500 users. Yet we cannot access the ONLY link provided to do so.

Got the new beta installed everything working fine with no errors so far so that is good.

But I did a dns leak test and it seems to be leaking still as on the older firmware before beta, is that going to be fixed on the official build?

Glad I didnt download this version, is there a time frame when we will see a new one? Or at this point is our best bet to just use the R2? I have had my XR500 in AP mode for 2 months waiting for the 3.0 update to come out, and now I am not sure if that is a good thing. Maybe it is time to look elsewhere.
