AC2200 ORBI RBR20 not working after power outage.

Router won't work after power outage. Spectrum modem is connected to the internet but no devices are connecting to the internet.

What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

What are the led's doing? (color, blinking/solid, etc)

Are you able to get a connection directly connected to the modem?
