Access Control R8000
My access control no longer allows me to add a new device. The R8000 is running V 1.0.4.46_10.1.63 I see the device on my iPhone Nighthawk app, I can change the name and allow access. I get a message that says changes have been made, but they aren't! If I do a refresh of the devices online, none of those changes were made to the device.
I looked in the community, and I see people has similar issues, but they are now archived and not accessible.
Should I just do a hard reset?
Thanks, Kenny

Re: Access Control R8000
I would start with a fresh configuration after a reset.

I have never come across inaccessible messages. Old stuff hangs around for ever.
Got a link to something you can't read?

Re: Access Control R8000
You're also about 8 versions of firmware behind. You might try upgrading as well.
