January 18th I received an email stating that there is a security update for my router (Nighthawk R7000). I cannot log in to my router via www.routerlogin.net. Every time I try I get a screen that says 401 UNAUTHORIZED. "Access denied. Your client has not supplied the correct authentication". I use an Apple Macbook Pro. Is this a firewall issue ? Not sure what to do.

Hi All,
Try accessing it via the IP address of the router. For example. 192.168.1.1.

Re: Cannot log in to my router Nighthawk R7000
Decided to check wired connection which prompted for login and brought up some post-update router config questions. After filling them out using wired connection it worked properly again after a manual reboot.
